I've always had a great support experience with ServerPoint. They respond quickly and professionally. I have high confidence in the ability of the support staff. Whenever I have had issues that I assume are going to be time consuming and laborious to solve, the support staff pretty much resolve it in just a matter of minutes. And I should clarify, most all of my issues have been self-inflicted. However, it's a relief to know there are folks who know what they are doing and can fix it quickly.

Had an issue with the mail security certificate and Outlook 2007 after setting up a new computer. Opened a Tech Support Ticket and within about 30 minutes I had the answer emailed to me. Been with Serverpoint for years and always had A1 service and response time. As Phil Robertson might say

Great communication and service. The portal is very easy to use to open a ticket regarding any issues or requests I may have.

We have hosted the Washington County Historical Website on ServerPoint for a number of years now. There have been very few problems and most, if not all, were mine as an amateur webmaster. When I have had a problem, the support staff have always responded promptly and patiently. It is comforting to know I have professionals backing me up.
