I ordered 2 of the same size Powerstep Original Orthotic Insoles. One fit my boots but I needed different size for my walking shoes. The online customer service staff was most helpful and I have returned one pair of the original for a larger pair of the Powrstep Pinnacle Maxx Orthotics. The Orthotic Shop staff have been most helpful and courteous! I'll be recommending them to my friends.

Hooked on Orthaheel Footwear!! Had trouble finding Orthaheel footwear in New Zealand.I have found the sandals great for my feet, so have purchased sandals, shoes, boots and slippers for myself and my husband.
The overall shopping experience with OrthoticShop has been excellent.
