I am an active member of site5 and I recommend them for new comers. They are doing a great job in helping their customer. Online support is extremely good too. I am very lucky to be with site5.
I suggest for the management to offer a good discount for existing customers who have been with site5 for over 10 years or more, to recognize them being with you for a decade, valuing of your business. I think this may help to bring newcomers too.

Cannot fault their support. Absolutely fantastic. Whether it's 3pm or 3am, they will help. And not only with hosting but they have also helped with website issues which have nothing to do with hosting :)

Above in this survey it says "Did you contact site5.com for any customer service issues?", we have contacted customer service, but we have never had issues with Site 5, we have only had questions and requests.
Site 5's support and customer service is the best, always. We've always been completely satisfied with the way way Site 5 handles our requests and answers our questions. Additionally, if the staff person who receives your support enquiry can not answer the question or help with the request, they have the person who can help email within minutes.
