everything ok. accept when checking out on order. hangs up if you answer no to secure site.????? I wanted to have the item shipped to a different address, but you can't if your credit card does not have that address attached to it. If you have a billing address you should be able to shipped to any address, especially if you are buying for someone else. thank you very much, the product worked well. |
I was so happy to find the part I needed for my pool filter online for a great price. I spoke to my local pool shop and it was going to be a few weeks to get it in!? I ordered online and got the correct part for my filter the next day!! I didn't even have to leave my house! I'm so glad I found 1800pools.com! |

It appears that the pool cover requires an air pillow for proper use; however, this air pillow was not listed as an additional necessity in the description of the pool cover and installation. It would have been helpful to know this at the time the order was placed for the pool cover so an air pillow could have been ordered at the same time to avoid paying a second shipping fee.
