When Canada Post screwed up by advising me incorrectly that my order had been delivered on Feb 20, I contacted batterycanada.com that it had not. They did not hesitate to send a replacement immediately. Canada Post delivered the original battery on Feb 21. Now I have to figure how to (inexpensively) return the second battery. |
