They are fantastic. Site is rarely down and for short periods of time if ever. Customer care people are polite cheerful people and solve any issue I am having - that always involves something I don't know how to do- rapidly and efficiently. I have only gone to customer care perhaps two or three times including moving my domain to them and they are fabulous. Tell everyone I know they are worth their price and more!

For what it's worth, if you can't make a decision on whether or not to sign up with Siteground, I'd say go ahead do it anyway because the customer service is worth it. From the moment I was interested till the time I came up with my first technical question after signing up, the customer service was always there to help me through the stage. They are polite and precise. I've not seen any other hosting company with this level of commitment towards customers (both potential client and those who has signed up already). Keep up the good work Siteground.
