I've found the support team at Site Ground to not only be quick to respond, but they are a team of troubleshooting heroes! Nothing makes me sweat more than taking a site live. One of the team members, Bozhana was able to troubleshoot my 500 internal server errors quickly allowing me to get on with my day. Thanks team!

I've been experiencing recurrent issues with the Shared hosting as it always reaches the limit on my website. Knowing this, good customer representatives are always there to help! Kudos to Nikolay for helping me with the upgrade option. Looking forward with good service with new plan.

the process took several days to resolve, due to complications that arose along the way, but I always felt confident that the support staff (and due to the length of time there were a few different staff) who came on board at various times were both helpful and flexible

sadly this was in full contrast to the inflexibility of support from another host, which contributed to the complications
