I'm a new customer to Site5 but so far am extremly pleased with what I am getting for my money and the technical support that I've received.
I am currenlty in the process of transferring all of my customers from another reseller hosting provider and at this time feel that I most definitely made a good choice.

Support response is very quick even at five in the morning. The guys all seem to know what they are doing and do it rather than making excuses like some other hosting companies I have been with.
My only complaint is that is that they don't do automatic PayPal payments and I have a habit of typically being late one payment each year. I hope they smarten up.
