In the package there was no charger.
On the first page of the Quick Start Guide it says there should be a charger included. There was only the USB cable, and I was able to connect it through another charging device I had, but can you please supply me with the charger that should have been packaged. This deficiency has reduced the quality of my shopping experience.

Great - $0 insured postage!!!

A FANTASTIC little device - my wife is so happy she has got a fantastic ebook reader that fits in her handbag - even though at the moment she seems to be playing games more so than reading :D

It works great now, but I found the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 quite difficult to attach to my Wi-Fi. I employ a fully manual Wi-Fi network setup process with full security settings no DHCP, using WPA and MAC required. The Tab 7.7 didn't like this at all.

Research on the net found many, many people with the same issue. To solve the problem I ended up having to set up DHCP, keeping the WPA and MAC, and reserving the IPs I have already put in place. I then had to set up WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) and used that to get my device to finally stay connected to the Wi-Fi network - a lot of work (2 days including researching the problem) for something that should have taken 5 mins to set up.

I am not sure if the following was the problem, but the Android OS 3.2.6 didn't provide a place to include the Subnet Mask I use, and it also required a value I had never heard of before now, but had to do with using either an IPv4 or IPv6 addressing system.

All is great now, I couldn't be happier and I am looking forward to Father's Day!

Site has a lot of good information and is easy to navigate. Local 12 warranty is appealing over purchasing from another online store. Free shipping is also appealing. Had a minor issue but customer service were very happy to help me out. Thanks.
