The website was easy to order from. When I wanted to update my order, I thought it might be easier to just call on the phone. I was very pleased with the sales person I spoke to on the phone. They were able to update my order before it shipped and still have it ship the next morning.

Shipping was free because my order was over $99, but the shipment still arrived only two days after it shipped, with everything exactly as I ordered.

Overall, a perfect online shopping experience!

Everything seems to be fine. This is a Christmas gift so I can't say personally yet anything about the performance or the recipient's satisfaction of the product. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Nice to have a human to talk to about the products. When I called I was quite confused about what product I needed, but your kind salespeople took their time to explain and guide me though the order, I could have saved a couple of bucks buying it on Ebay, but the support is worth lots more than that.

package prices beat other competitors. Order was delivered in a timely manner with a delivery date and time window. Signature was required upon delivery, to put my mind at ease that my package would arrive to me.
Item ordered is great. check out at the website was painless. will order from you again.
