Great Store, excellent customer service and they have a lot of stuff no one else seem to carry. I have shopped here before and I will again! As usual The Midi Store shipped very fast and I got my item as promised!

Very quick delivery, which was great. The product, Band in the Box (BITB), is also great, but the MIDI Store sent me version **** for Mac rather than ****.*, which is the latest. But, because of the company's "latest version guarantee", they agreed to upgrade me to ****.* for no extra charge. All's well that ends well. And ... the MIDI Store's price for BITB is the lowest I've seen.

I purchased the item using a credit card issued by a bank in Brazil. All the other stores that I checked required a credit card issued by an American bank, a requirement that did not make much sense to my mind.

Midi Store provided me with great service and was flexible with the payment. I certainly recommend it.
