I was a teeny bit skeptical buying from a site that wasn't some huge, reputable corporation like Sweetwater or Academic Superstore, but they had by far the lowest price with no tax and free shipping, so I gave it a go. The shipping was seriously LIGHTNING FAST (AZ to NY in 2 days), and for being free that's practically unheard of. The only minor inconvenience was that I placed my order right when they were doing inventory, so they let me know ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to ship out 'til they were done, which would be in a few days. But hey, businesses have to do business things after all. 5 stars, will shop there again if I have the chance.

IT appears I may have received a product that was returned from another customer. There was a packing paper in the box with another customer name & address on it saying returning because real tracks won't work. I haven't gotten it to work either. It could be because of my lack of knowledge of how to use it. I need more time to try it. It's the pro version but its supposed to have 3 style sets. Maybe I don't have my laptop setup correctly. If something is wrong with it I would expect a refund or replacement. Bruce Miller

I make a lot of online musical purchases but I've never heard of the MIDI Store. After a search for what I was looking for, I found it at the very best price at the MIDI Store. It was a no brainer! I'll be back!

I attempted to order an item that was discounted because it was a model version and there was only one in stock. I was able to order it an hour after someone already had, and I was contacted by email in about 12 hours with a few options. The Midi-store's customer service was very helpful and accommodating and I would definitely recommend this website!

Josh,The tech expert who helped me was extreamely helpful and gave me just the right information that I needed to know that I was making the best and right purchase for my Midi Solution. The products arrived in a timely manner and
were professionally packed and shipped. Unfortunately, the main product I purchased did not really produce the effect I was looking for. In retrospect I did not fully think out what I was trying to do and purchased a product I did not need. I contacted customer service who arranged for a hastle free product return. I did decide however to keep one of the three products I purchased and returned the other two. I thank the Midi Store for all of their assistance and will continue to consult and shop with them.
