Four of twenty lamps were broken on arrival. This appeared to be the result of a weak packing box.

Lightbulbsurplus has promised to refund the cost of the four broken bulbs.

Ordered here rather than competitor because lightbulbsurplus.com does not have a minimum order requirement. Here I can buy only what I want and not pump up the total with stuff I don't need.

The product I ordered was shipped and received in a timely fashion.I have not installed the components yet and will do so in the next week, so I cannot comment on the quality of the products functionality at this time. But so far the I am satisfied.
