The product I ordered was shipped and received in a timely fashion.I have not installed the components yet and will do so in the next week, so I cannot comment on the quality of the products functionality at this time. But so far the I am satisfied. |

Light bulb photo did not match product received. I have already contacted Lightbulbsurplus and returned product; just awaiting refund less restocking fee. Not likely to do this again since I ended up spending almost twice my expected refund. |
UPS broke one of my lamps! Imagine that! lightbulbsurplus.com provided a replacement without having first resolved the damage with UPS. Great customer service, I will definitely be using them again. |
