We spent 3 months attempting to migrate our store from Bigcommerce to Magento. We tried all the cheaper hosting providers to learn all about Magento 2 before making the big move. At the same time, we sampled the biggest and most famous hosting provider of Magento stores. Both provided the same level of customer service even though one cost $20 and the other cost $190. The speed was better but they really did not want to help with simple questions. Call your developer was their standard response...
We clicked all over the Internet for months trying to find that perfect hosting provider. We even looked in Western Europe. Then we discovered Lexiconn and knew right away we had found the perfect hosting company as we eagerly read their web site. They were quick to respond to our inquiry so we signed up to see if what they said was true.
Magento 2 was super new when we signed with Lexiconn in Jan 16 so there were bugs galore. Migrating from Bigcommerce to Magento was crazy complicated but they helped us every step of the way. At the time, we did not have a developer to help with the migration but was able to complete ourselves with Lexiconn's assistance.
Don't get us wrong...they will not provide development services but they will always nudge you in the right direction. You have to perform the work and spend numerous sleepless nights learning and testing. Stuck? No problem. Contact Lexiconn with a quick question. Magento 2 is now stable so you will not need to deal with as many problems as our company. If your see problems, I'm sure Lexiconn has a client who has already been through what you are going through.
We constantly had questions for the first month and then as time went on our questions became less and less. They ALWAYS respond quickly and all tech support personnel we have dealt with are super nice and quite knowledgeable.
What about speed? They are just as fast as the famous Magento hosting provider that we mentioned earlier. Not to mention, they plug security holes and are on top of PCI compliance. We appreciate that they are active in the Magento community reporting bugs and writing Magento help articles.
The people at Lexiconn obviously love what they do for a living.

This guys are the best. They have hosted our site for over a year now and they just solve everything. I had horrible experiences with hosting before them and I am never leaving them, ever. I am not a web developer and they have helped me a lot with issues regarding our site. Their service is impeccable and their customer support is even better if that is even possible.

We run several online stores and after having issues with the server we were using, we decided to try Lexiconn. We were so pleased with the quality and speed of the servers we moved our other stores over to Lexiconn. We don't get the phone calls from customers that they can't order like we used to. You can only afford to save so much money. Lexiconn Is the best.

I went through about three web hosting services before using Lexiconn. They are clearly the best by far. The quality of their hosting and their customer service is outstanding. They go the extra mile to do the job well.

3 years ago I signed up with Lexiconn for the ShopSite hosting service. Since that time the people at Lexiconn keep impressing me. Their support is truly unmatched. Response time has been always fast, to the point, by knowledgeable people.
The hosting service is reliable, the up-time and stability has been perfect.

By Far, The Very Best Hosting Service on the internet!!!
My company has been with LexiConn for many years. I needed an exceptional hosting service, because like a lot of small companies today, do their business online as a living. I am no exception, and have relied upon the service and technical people here at LexiConn to help me with options in making my decisions for a continued growth company. Recently
within the past 2 days, we have undergone a domain name change, and these guys seen to it everything worked out the way it was suppose to, AND to my satisfaction, including working on minor glitches at night (close to midnight to be exact!). Now people, I don't usually say to much about a service from a company, because I expect nothing less than 100% Satisfaction,,, BUT the people at LexiConn has gone above and beyond the 100% Satisfaction. I take pride in my Customer service, and when I find another company that is able to meet my guidelines for Customer Service, others need to know. Bottom line, "NOTHING BEATS Word Of Mouth"! Lexiconn has proven itself time and time again to have the most efficient and knowledgeable
