Good product; bad customer service.
“The clamps are first class. Infinity's customer service sucks. I got an email saying that there was a $4 discount the day I placed my order. When I called to ask for the discount, I was told that the order had already shipped and they couldn't apply the discount. Two days later I got an email from FedEx, saying they were picking up the shipment. I emailed customer service to ask why I had been told that the order had been shipped when FedEx said otherwise. The customer service manager said his associate was right, and that they couldn't apply the discount after the items have been shipped. He didn't even address the lie I had been told. No more of my business for them. There are too many other places that respect their customers.”
