These guys are great! They've been incredibly helpful in our transition process migrating our client's sites to their servers. What I find best is they don't come up with excuses NOT to help you. I've heard the refrain, "sorry, we don't help people with those issues" way too many times with other hosting companies. The staff at Hostek are quick to help me diagnose and rectify issues, even with applications in the websites. They also provide excellent feedback on how they fixed issues and empower me on how I can address them in the future. I'm glad I made this move to Hostek. They've been a great partner.

I am delighted with Hostek. I opened my 1st VPS with Hostek about 6 months ago. I run a lead generation app on a 24/7 basis and when I ran it on my local PC, it just slowed down my local machine. Running this app on Hostek works great! I am so happy with their service, that I opened a 2nd VPS account last week to run the same app for another client. I had a similar service on a national provider that cost $89.00/ month. The Hostek service is 66% cheaper. Do yourself a favor ... if you need a VPS, you won't do better than these folks!

The support techs at Hostek are among the best I have worked with in my 35 years as programmer, network engineer, IS- VP and VAR. Their responses are informative, on the money and technically informative./ No Bull, evasiveness or non-pertinent questions - they know the systems and are not afraid to dig and get answers. And they are QUICK to reply with the RIGHT answers circumspectly and intelligently evaluated. I also host Cold Fusion sites and Hostek is the BEST I hosted my own servers before and they are reason I am happy now and can spend more time working with clients assured that Hostek has my back.

I am technology professional with over 36 years in the field. It's great to be able to contact support and not waste time going through a "script" to get to the heart of an issue. With Hostek, I get another professional on the phone or through chat who understands the issue and quickly resolves it. It save huge amount of time and money.

I worked with Jon Cavanaugh on a website infrastructure upgrade for our main website. The campaign we were working on had a forecast-ed increase of a 1000% in site visits. Jon provided varying options and configurations to meet the challenge as well as advised us on the best approach. He provided valuable feedback and insight in regards to the design and load testing of the proposed solution. When it came time for implementation, Jon was able to adjust to our rigorous project schedule and complete his tasks on time which resulted in a smooth project and a Happy customer. The campaign ended up with a 6000% increase in site traffic during the first few hours but the solution provided by Jon and the Hostek team was resilient and highly available. During those peak hours, the website maintained a sub 1 second response time and the site remained 100% available for the entire campaign and well afterwards. Jon Cavanaugh is a key player on any team that wants to be successful.

HOSTEK.COM has awesome customer service! I just talked to Marcus. I've also corresponded with several support people via email (Sean, Josey, Josh, etc). They answer quickly and efficiently. Marcus helped me resolve the conflict I was having with SiteMaker and it will save me a few dollars too! Happy Customer, I am. If you are looking for a company to host your website, check them out. [P.S. Their customer service is US based and they speak English like a native. I find that exceptionally helpful, especially when discussing techy details.] :)
