Easy to shop though wasnt happy about additional costs that will be incurred with the product...which leads to the advertising being deceptive.

We upgraded to the skywalk on our tour but there was no option on-line to do this. It takes a number of additional correspondences by email to get the skywalk upgrade. We also wanted not to avail of the pick-up service; this takes a phone call to confirm.

I would recommend if possible that these options would be better explained on the website or even offered to future guests.

On the day itself the tour itself was very good all be it a bit rushed!
