The email customer service was excellent. Most companies would have recommended a pricey product for me to try but EMF Blues recommended that I try the bead; and, I am. I so appreciate that there are still people out there that want to help and just fully focused on getting the consumer dollars any way that they can. I commend you EMF Blues. The first impression is, indeed, lasting. Based on that, I am impressed. I'm really hoping that the bead will help me. Also, the two 3-stars answered questions will become 5 stars when/if I get some kind of positive results from the beads (I ordered 2 of them). If it does, I will be back! Thank you so much. I received the beads but haven't had a chance to wear them yet so...we'll see.
