I knew when I first placed an order that I wouldn't be disappointed with the taste. I was however very skeptical of the service being on a small island and always having to wait an extensive amount of time for products that somehow disappear. I am happy to say that this company not only has a great product but a beyond excellent service to back it up. Each and every order is a no-brainer. No complaints here and nor do I think there will ever be.

I must say that my fiancée and I were never fans of your typical coffee house chai.. They were always too sweet and syrupy. I love masala and authentic Indian chai. I did some research on line and found yogic chai and we decided to give it a try. The reviews were positive and the awards for best original chai had me sold. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive but it was worth it in the end. We went with the coconut masala chai. We loved it. We drink ours with vanilla soy and German rock sugar. The coconut gave it a little extra sweetness without being overpowering. It is very smooth, we do not mind having an extra cup or two. It was mild enough for a before bed desert but the black tea made it a great pick me up to start the day. We will only get our chai from yogic chai from now on. I would, however, like for it to arrive a little sooner. We get impatient :) thank you to yogic chai for changing our minds about chai. I will be ordering again soon and maybe try your award winning original this time. :)
