Good Job WHB!
I'm a little late for this one, though I was watching it VERY closely until a few days ago.. On 2/4/2011 Shared1 had been running for 365 continuous days of uptime. If all continues well, and there are no reboots between now and midnight, it will mark 369 days! That is a HUGE accomplishment. (Those of you who have been with them since the early days
might remember their semi-monthly, and at times it felt 'weekly', reboots.) I also host a site on Shared7 which has also had a lengthy stay online. Up until Christmas Eve it had logged 309 days of continuous uptime until excessive system load forced a reboot. This proves that WHB has turned into an extremely reliable webhost. And considering these are both shared hosting servers, it goes to show just how stable and balanced their systems are.
Good Job WHB! Keep up the good work! I'm curious to see just how long it can go

I've been hosting at WebHostingBuzz for almost five years now
During this time, I've seen them go from a small web host, to a global one. Thinking about my old 5Gb hosting plan makes me almost nostalgic. The ride hasn't always been smooth, but WHB has always treated me well, fixed my problems, and gave me the impression that if something wasn't wor
king, it was just because it was a necessary update that would be fixed. Now, I know that it was worth the wait. Not only is WHB a wonderful value, reliable host, and example of excellent customer service, but their technology and policy is second to none.
Whether it's their excellent spam filters, custom app installer, or performance tweaked servers, I can't say enough positive. Whenever I run into something not working, I always get a personal response. PHP's mail() function not working as expected? No links to PHP documentation, or suggestions to reset mail servers (which would disable Google Apps), but rather a copy of my own configuration values that are causing the problem, along with a constructive suggestion of how to fix it (without disabling Google Apps).

We are an Australian based website design, development and IT training company running a
training program to help get small and home based businesses online with a website and email. ezEonline! is supported by the Australian Government and in the last two months we have assisted over 100 small and home based businesses establish a website. Obviously
establishing a website is only a small part of getting these businesses online, therefore all our support packages include a term of website hosting, for which we use Web Hosting Buzz (WHB). I personally have used WHB for over 3 years, so it was an easy choice for us to use their hosting services for the ezEonline! program. We have space on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) plan which offers excellent value for money and their support (through both live and ticketing) is extremely efficient and of good quality. The VPS server we are on is very reliable and we have experienced no down time since creating the VPS account in March 2010. I would have no hesitation in recommending WHB for either a single website hosting plan (of which I started out on) or to use for hosting multiple websites (which we currently do)

WebHostingBuzz is one of the only few hosting company's I've had the great pleasure to work with
I've hosted with so many other hosts in my time and none have met up to the high standards of WHB.

Great Hosting
I have a VPS server from WebHostingBuzz, and they haven't let me down yet. I've had 100% uptime so far. The only down side is their support isn't the best, but it's still pretty good.

I'm WHB customer for almost 3 years - I remember one week of technical problems because of some
troll abusing our virtual server. His account was terminated and since that time, everything works. I've been abusing the server' resources myself because of spam bots attacks and spam comments - WHB explained the server logs to me so I could fix the prob
lem, add some CAPTCHA and block spam, so once again I'm happy customer, and they're happy host provider. What else can I say, fast servers, great and simple cPanel, GREAT and fast support

Ive been a customer for almost 8 years. Some may say a perfect customer - all I ever hosted there was Gallery. Occasional issues, but very small compared to number of years I used and payed them.
Over time my gallery grew and it is about 50GB now.
In the beginning of 2011 I received my first notice that I am in violation of their disk usage prov
ision:
Disk Usage Provision. 90% or more of your content on your website must be linked from an HTML or similarly coded web page where all content is freely available to the public. Your website consists of web pages of a standard design, essentially HTML based text and graphics. Downloadable files, media, streaming content or any file which consumes more than 500kb of space must not exceed 10% of your total used disk quota.
With 300GB of allowed space, and 60GB of used space - I would be allowed to put 6GB worth of media content, filling the rest with 54GB of html text.
The first time they agreed that all of my content was linked via html/php and therefor I was not in violation.
Second time 3 months later I just sent them a print out of the first ticket - never heard from them.
3rd time - a week ago they disabled my account over New Years holiday. Then ignored my ticket for 2 days until I reached out via chat to get it escalated.
I am reasonably confident that 8 years ago they did not have such provision. And I feel like I am dealing with "all you can eat buffet", except you can only have 3 pieces of shrimp and 5 pieces of chicken and there is nothing else on the plates.
I left them for someone else who can actually deliver what they sell...
