Initially I was very dissapointed with the service only because I called them several times and got a recorded message. I then tried calling the main number and found out that it was disconnected. I was alarmed at these "red flags" and immediately called my credit card company to file a dispute. Not long after I got an e-mail response from RonJun informing me that they were closed for a few days. It would have been wiser to state that on the recording so as to alert customers.
All in all though, I received my item and am very pleased, even more so my grandson. I called back my credit card company and removed the dispute.
I'm not really sure how to rate this yet. I will see how long it takes to get the order, if it is correct order and in good shape then I can give a better survey.
