I called and talked to someone with some questions before I ordered the safe. The description on the web page was not complete enough. I ordered then over the internet and everything went fine.
The only problem I had was when I called to find out about the delivery. I never received a tracking number. When I called the gave me the delivery date and said to make sure someone was there to sign and show them where it goes. When the delivery truck dropped it off, they said it was only curbside delivery. So, we had to find someone to get the heavy safe into a basement.
