I purchased a "closeout" band for an inexpensive watch that I received as a present from my work
Christmas party. I figured it was only a few bucks with shipping and it had to be better than the cheap band that came on the watch. When I received the band, I was extremely happy. I was so happy that I purchased three more bands for some of my co-worke

Beyond impressed!

I needed a replacement band for a larger size wrist and it needed to fit my husband's dive watch
No one else had what I was looking for except for the Watch Prince. The watchband fits perfectly and has a great vanilla scent. The website has helpful tips on how to measure correctly for a replacement band and how to put a new one on properly. The
watchband arrived promptly and was packaged carefully. I replaced the band and gave the watch to my husband. He turned it over a few times, sniffed it, smiled, put it on and said Thank you!

So far I have purchased 3 watch bands and a clasp from The Watch Prince
Obviously the merchandise is top rate and the service I received was excellent as well, else I wouldn't be a repeat customer. I was a little turned off though when I read their return policy. The policy states that if you put on the band and buckle it, you can't return it.
Two of the 3 bands I purchased were custom made for me, both costing me over $100, I was about to purchase a 3rd custom band for upwards of $120. However, because I wasn't sure of the exact measurementI needed, I decided to get a pre-made band for about $40 before I shell out the $120 for the custom. If I'm not satisfied with the fit, I will know what needs to change on the measurements. The only way to know what needs to change is to try on the watch with the new band. If I do so, I can't return it . This policy needs to be revised

Ordered a Hadley Roma for my Seiko diver
When I received it, the fit wasn't what I wanted and a stitch was loose. Contacted Watch Prince and within 3 days, received new watch band with return envelope inside. Great selection,terrific turnaround time and most of all, excellent customer service!

Received my watch band however the pins were the wrong size
I called TWP customer service and they promptly sent the correct size pins. Mistakes can happen. It's how the mistake is corrected that makes the difference. My compliments to the friendly customer service department.
