Good shopping experience. Easy to find product on internet. Only complaint is that the fountain is too expensive for how simple it is. But I love my old one, and need to replace it. I'll definitely take the time to "winterize" this new one.

I liked the fountain but I thought the remote could of been better quality wise. Sometimes it worked well and then other times when I clicked on it, it did not do anything. Had to keep clicking it. Maybe it just takes awhile to get used to it, otherwise I really like it.

Thank you for a nice selection. Your shipping was super fast especially around the holidays, thank you. This fountain is beautiful, peaceful, unique, and the size in person was perfect for the granite bar it sits on beside an orchid. We are happy with the prevalent sounds that come from the middle finger and thumb down to the moving sphere beneath the Buddha, as the water softly cascades below. The only item I might have been concerned about was sometimes fountains can be a bit splashy, and that isn't the case with this fountain no matter how high I fill the water, it stays within this exquisite fountain.
