Till now only good things to say.
I was looking for an European hosting service and I found out that site5 as several servers available including Europe, I chose the London server, perfect, same time timezone and latency times much lower than my previous US based hosting service.

The backstage is a must if you have several websites which you can have a separate CP for each one, you can even create users to access an individual website CP. All this without going to a reseller package, excellent for web designers.

The support is also great, fast and efficient.

Site5 is a great place to get web hosting. Their website is clean and professional and so is their staff; their servers are fast and have a great uptime; all around it's a great business! Would highly recommend to anyone; prices are great and services are even better.

Every time I call Site5, they respond immediately and help me solve my hosting issues. It's usually a small thing that I don't understand, rather than a problem with their system, but they are nonetheless patient with me and make sure that I get my questions answered. I also appreciate that they give unsolicited advice, like a recent message with advice about protecting Wordpress sites, and they act as though they really care about my lil' old blog and how it functions. Never a bad experience, ever. I can't say that about other hosting companies and I wouldn't say it here if it weren't my experience.

I have been using site5 for a few years now. I have 2 domains with them. Over the course of this time i did have to contact support on how to do some particular things which were always straightened out very fast and they are very helpful and courteous. I have been with a few other service providers and i can tell you that thus far none of the other i have tried and used could hold a candle to site5. They are IMHO the best money can buy. Anyone can buy a server and provide you service. One of the things that makes a great provider is when you have trouble and need help. How fast can you get it and how well they are able to help you. site5 has the best support people.

I transferred from a personal server to Site5 about a week ago. Some of the migration aspects became a little "wonky." Site5 still was able to help me with the fixes needed. I have worked in hosting for a few years, so you can beat if I have an issue, then it is a legitimate issue that needs admin access. Long story no so long, Site5 is awesome and I am happy to have them as my hosting provider!

Site5 support is awesome. They are responsive and the support people seem to be totally empowered to take care of the customer. Response times to tickets are very fast -- usually someone is working on your ticket within an hour of opening. And that support is 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this company. It is rare to get such great service from a hosting company.
