Excellent, affordable hosting, and first class support. Not only did the Site5 support team get back to me very quickly to help with a request I had, they even actioned it for me and explained what they'd done, saving me the bother. About as good as it gets.

Site5 has a very nice site maintenance area with a lot of free software, right up to big CMS site managers like Joomla and Wordpress, that install with just a click and a few setup questions. I installed a working forum in just a couple of minutes.

The support is what really impresses and is so important to business users such as ourselves. I've opened two tickets, and response time and support representative knowledge were both unbeatable. This, and we're on the most basic hosting option!

Based on our experience so far, Site5 is the best web hosting provider we've ever used.

I have operated my own business websites for over 10 years now and have experienced many different webhost companies and I can say without a doubt that Site5 far surpasses all the others in terms of: 1. Level of service, 2. Knowledge and skill level of the technicians, and 3, Price point.

I've been a customer of Site5 for about 2 years now and would HIGHLY recommend them. Not only are their prices competitive and offerings varied, their tech support staff is first rate.

There are many hosting companies out there that provide inexpensive hosting. But I've worked with some that are hours or days to hear back about any issue. Any question or issue that I have, Site5 is quick to get back to me and help resolve whatever the issue. A+

Site5 customer service and technical support are AMAZING. Representatives are always available via Live Chat and are VERY helpful. You can tell they are true experts with actual experience, not people just searching a knowledge base for general answers. I've been working with multiple hosts for years, but am now transitioning all of my services and products to Site5.
