I was a long-time Site5 customer and enjoyed the service very much. It had only improved over the years. Unfortunately I was looking for a feature that they were unable to provide for a price that is competitive, which prompted me to switch hosts. Despite this, I would recommend Site5 to anyone who wants a decent web hosting service.

All of the times I've had to contact site5.com their response has been very quick and very professonal. They have always managed to resolve any of the issues I've had and come across as a good mix of professional and friendly people.
