Your site was so easy to use and checkout was super quick and simple. The only complaint I have is that one of the items we wanted to order was discontinued but still on the website. If an item is discontinued it should be removed.

The process was simple and easy; delivery was fast and free. However, the sound quality of the piano was quite poor. I assumed that for $*** it would be in tune and have decent sound but neither is the case.
ronjuneshop.com tried to help this customer via the Shopper Approved
Customer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond to the
assistance provided.
