One of the plastic fittings cracked upon installation, and now drips. Our plumber plans to return to replace it with a metal fitting. Hopefully that will resolve the problem.

I love my 10 stage counter top filter! Great price and the water tastes great! They only drawback is that it leaks out of the little faucet after you use it. It's not a big deal because the water just goes in the sink. Overall I am happy with it.

The filter I ordered had an operating pressure below the pressure of my water system. I returned the filter for credit.
Otherwise, the shopping experience was very satisfactory.
