Well, You're better than the other guys I tried to get this laptop from. It took them 4 months to tell me they couldn't actually get the laptop in, despite at least weekly emails telling me it was coming.
Product quality was good. One item was on backorder and staff alerted me via email of the status, and also asked wher I would like to wait or cancel order. Service is excellent.
Hi guys. The below boxes where you ask if you should follow up to make sure I am satisfied with my order could be misread. How will I know if I am satisfied with my order untill I get it, so I am worried to answer no because I might need some follow up if the order does not arrive... A suggestion is to add a choice with 'if you want to' or something like that so the customer does not worry about getting follow up or not.... Other than that I am happy as...
