Shopped at various patio furniture stores and found exactly what we wanted so I checked on line and found the exact same product for a much better price. Some customization, so the product did take longer than the original estimated shipping date. Only problem came with delivery when the furniture showed up at our home when we were at work. The driver said they were supoosed to notify us, but this didn't happen.

I was unable to find this product, my Woodard Briarwood Chaise Replacement Cushion, on your website - until I got the link from the manufacturer. I spent quite a bit of time yesterday on your website and never found the cushions. May I recommend that someone investigate how to make the cushions easier to find on your website? The mechanism on the Telescope chairs were physically hard to set up. Hopefully the stiffness will dissipate with use.
