I had some problems with the product in this order. First the estimated size of the sandals didn't fit, so I had to return them, which Nature Shop kindly allowed me to do. Then the replacement pair turned out to have a defective strap. Eventually I had it fixed locally and Nature Shop very kindly agreed to return me the price of the repair.
The workmanship of the actual sandals is not as good as I would have liked, especially for something Australian made - the straps, in particular, are a bit too large for the buckles and have to be dragged through every time - but I found Nature Shop's handling of the order as good as anyone could want.

I was very happy with the speed of service, the price/value of my order and would happily order from Nature Shop again.

Have dealt with Natureshop on a few occassions now and have always found the service excellent, over and above the norm. Customer services staff are top notch, super fast and friendly and always prepared to go the extra mile to sort any issues. Have always been rapt with products also - the price and quality of goods. Delivery times have also been very fast also. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommendation Natureshop and its team of staff and products.

Buying from Natureshop has been an efficient and painless process. I ordered sandals (Teva Brand)for my husband that we had seen on holiday worn by a Swedish friend (he bought his in Sweden). I searched on the net and very few sites would ship to Australia. Natureshop was buy far the cheapest and the sandals arrived within days. Thankyou for a very pleasant online shopping experience!!
