The backsplash is an art piece in my kitchen, absolutely beautiful! We saved about $*** going with My Tile Backsplash. They answered my emails promptly as I had a few questions. We also made a last minute change in the design of our lay out and sent an emergency change order over the weekend thinking we wouldn't hear back until Monday. A little nervous that it was to late we were surprised to hear back via response to our email on Sunday! Wow that was a very pleasant surprise and they changed the order for us,no problem. And we received it in a few days!

The site was very easy to navigate and you will send samples of the tiles we are interested in. Many other sites, including store sites, didn't even have the tile we were looking for.
The staff provided excellent service and was flexible in working with me to ensure I was making the best selection in product color before placing my order.
