I have ordered from Modern Artisans on 2 occasions. My first order I called to place my order and was very happy with the service I received. The gentleman that processed my order was very friendly, helpful and professional. The second time I placed an order I did it online. The process was quick and easy.

Very easy to place my order. I got exactly what I wanted, a gift for my best friends birthday in October. I didn't order a gift box, because I wanted to see it before it got wrapped. Thank you! I also appreciate my email not being used for other purposes. Thanks again!

I ordered the personalized wedding platter for my son & his wife 2 years ago and loved it so much that I ordered 2 more. One is for my daughter's wedding and the other for my stepdaughter's wedding. The platters arrived as promised and are beautiful.

I was looking for glass windchimes to add to a collection of 3. They are beautiful and exactly as advertised as to size and quality. Thanks for such a lovely product and for packaging it so securely. Not even a tiny defect in the glass. Hooray for your company!

After placing my order, I changed my mind as to which design I wanted. I emailed customer service and they got right back to me letting my know that my second choice was not available immediately, so I was able to choose my alternate and it was delivered within a few days--less than a week after I initially started my order--I was so thrilled with this company!

I never received a confirmation email and or tracking information and was really nervous that it was not going to show in time for me to give to my little sister for her graduation. Other than that stress of being left in wonder everything else was awesome. Thank you, she loved the bracelet.
