If you don't buy from Lanier Pens you're missing out on a one of a kind experience. The quality and workmanship of the pens, not to mention the excellent customer service, is second to none! You'll never go back to the same old "cheap" factory-manufactured pens after writing with a "Lanier" pen! As well, the customer service department is always there whether you have a simple question or require in-depth help. I've just received my third pen and this wonderful group of dedicated people continue to carry the art of creating beautiful writing instruments to new heights!
