You have a very nice website. I was/am somewhat worried about the color replication on the website to the actual color of the woods I have been looking at for weeks, no less. I ordered the buckeye burl wood in the Art Deco pen. The bb seemed to show different hues as I looked at different pictures, but that may be the nature of the product. All-in-all a very enjoyable shopping experience.
I received my pen today. The transaction was flawless; the only surprise I had was that Lanier gave me some complimentary inks and a converter. In other words, the only surprises I had were positive ones. As for the pen itself, it was beautiful and writes exceptionally. This is my first purchase of a pen of this price and quality. If I should ever purchase other pens of this quality I will certainaly look to Lanier Pens. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and this shopping experience.
