It has been almost 2 months and I still haven't received it. I have been lied to with at least 4 different ship dates when the system said that it was in stock. It still hasn't shipped. I was told that they would issue a credit and that still hasn't happened almost 2 months later. I would not trust any thing that any one from this company would says.

BUYER BEWARE! Company cannot be trusted! I ordered and paid for a projector from this company on Nov 30, 2015 expecting to receive it by Christmas. After waiting for 3 weeks, I called the company and spoke to the Manager, who called himself James , to find out what the problem was. He said it was a customs problem and would send another one out , should receive priority mail in 7 to 10 business days... 3weeks later.. No projector. Corresponded with James again, this time he promised me a full refund to my credit card.. Another 2 weeks....didn't happen. Spoke again, he said 2 months have past...can't refund card..will send refund check in the mail. It's Now March 18, 2016 and still nothing. I have been beyond patient and have now lost all trust in this company. You can still redeem yourself James. I will write another review when you make this right. I think I've been scammed!

i ordered projector as an xmas gift on dec10th advertised as being shipped UPS. After waiting nearly 2 weeks called they said it had been shipped by normal post with no tracking number, they would ship another recieved packet after xmas missing ceiling mount bracket and case. called again said they said they would ship another, it never arrived. i eventually purchased ceiling bracket from another company. after 3 weeks use projector stopped working i had to pay for it to be shipped back to them where it is awaiting repair, as of march 17th i have still not had it back. When you can get through to them on the phone, which is extremely difficult Im told it will hopefully be shipped by the end of the week. i have been told this 3 times with no projector. They do not answer emails, at this point i have very little hope of getting unit back or a refund.

Also even though they are based in canada, all funds charged are in US dollars which apparently is in their small print, making price point much less attractive.

Im very disappointed with service and product especially afterreading positive reviews i would suggest purchasing your projector from a more reputable company

Never received my projector was never shipped, Refund did not come when told it would. Was told would be shipped a projector for inconvenience along with my refund, after refund finally received e-mails aren't answered, no projector, lost money paying for insurance during first initial purchase and that insurance money was never credited back nor was it used towards the "projector sent as an apology"....... I would HIGHLY recommend using ANY other site for shopping , at least when it comes to projectors.

Price seemed great. To good to be true. Ordered a projector and never received it. Went back and forth for over a month. Was told it was shipped out and then reshipped and then told it was out of stock and the updated version was shipped out. Was given a false tracking number. After 5 weeks over given the run around I asked for a refund and was told it would take 5-7 days. Same answer I received for all the fake shipments. I paid by AMEX and was able to get a refund in a few days by disputing the order. I would never order from them again. I placed an order for my current projector from Walmart and received it in 2 days and works great.

This is truly a remarkable company. I recently purchased a projector from them. Within a week after it arrived, it was stolen before I even had a chance to remove it from the box. Projector World replaced my projector at no additional cost to me. I will be purchasing all of my projectors, both personal and business, from this company in the future.

Complete rip off selling a poor product and not fulfilling any their promises. Very inferior projector, none of the "extras" received so that makes them liars. Called about assistance but never got a call back. I would avoid doing business in the future.

I ORDERED A PROJECTOR ON 8-13-15 PAID FOR IT AND NOW AS OF 1-25-16 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I HAVE CALLED ALMOST EVERY DAY, EMAILED, SPOKE WITH THE OWNER JAMES AND HE PROMISES IT WILL BE SENT AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A TRAcking number which i tracked for 3 weeks and it was sent to someone in texas and i live in mississippi. I WAS TOLD 1-19-16 THAT IT WAS GOING OUT EXPRESS MAIL. I OWN A SPORTS BAR AND HAVE LOST MUCH BUSINESS BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE IT!!! WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP ME???

First let me say I haven't received my projector yet though I ordered it mid-December and it is now January 24. So ignore any shipping claims. Called and emailed them MANY times and in looking back I don't believe their explanations and excuses. They told me it had been mailed. Then they said they had run out of stock. Then they said they had sent it "Priority Mail." That was over a month ago. How does it take that long to send something from Vancouver to Phoenix? STILL no projector!

The price is great IF the projector performs as promised. BUT the customer service is awful.

I ordered a projector 10/07/15 3 weeks before I needed it. 10/21, 2 weeks later no projector. I called and was told it went BO and would ship the next day. The presentation I needed the projector for came and went. 11/2 I called again told shipping that day and I would receive a $30 credit. 11/9 finally received projector, but no credit or carrying case or ceiling mount. 11/17 I called and was told that model did not use a ceiling mount and a carrying case would be mailed and I would receive another $30 credit ($60 total). 1/4/16 I called about the carrying case and was told I could get another $30 credit for the case that was never mailed.
To date I have only the first $30 credit refund. The misleading practices and lack of customer respect will prevent me from using or recommending this company.

Well I am at the beginning stages of what appears to be a horrible mistake. I ordered early morning Jan. 5th, 2016 received email receipt and all of the promises of same day ship and email notification when item is shipped and 3 -5 day UPS Shipment with tracking number. Heard nothing the entire week so I called on Jan. 11th, 2016, this guy told me they shipped it late on Thursday (2 Days Late) and there was was no tracking but thought it should arrive Friday Jan. 15th, 2016. Received an email this morning stating it shipped on Friday but they would give me a free one year extended warranty for my troubles. then he says in the email 5 -7 day shipment because they use the cheapest carrier and if I am not there to receive package (which has no tracking information provided) I would be left with a sticky note as to where I might go and retrieve the parcel. This all sounds way too familiar and wish I would have checked this out better. I will let you know how it works out. Wish me luck! 01/14/16 UPDATE. Now they tell me if very well may be in to next week before I would receive my items. I explained to them early last week the importance of receiving no later than this Friday as I had made plans to watch the playoff games this Saturday with a substantial group invited. Now he is asking for my last 4 digits of my credit card so I can cancel shipment. Wouldn't he already have that info?

Still have not received the projector I ordered back in Dec. the website says delivery in 4 days (wrong) called was told would receive by Dec 29, (wrong) called again and was told they would ship another one??? still have not received that one, sent an email on Jan 7, and this is the response I received.

Yes, that is correct.

Your second package is shipping out today.
You do not have to stay home to wait for the package.

If you are not home during the day of delivery, the delivery company will stick a note on your front door, telling you they came by.

You can then pick the package up at the nearest postal outlet (the address of the postal outlet will be on the sticky note).

After learning by trial and error how to adjust the sound, I find that the sound is adequate for playing video clips in an average classroom (30-40). The sound quality is not what would you would want for showing a film with a beautiful sound track, but it is acceptable, and even rather impressive, for such a small projector.
The picture is not as good as I'd like to have for presentations. This projector only shows 1800 Lumens and apparently I need 2500 Lumens. To use this projector, I need a very bright white screen and a rather dark room to obtain a good picture.
I like the projector's small size, its light weight, and the fact that it never gets hot. I was also very satisfied with the tech support help I received and the company's responsiveness to my difficulties.

Further to my previous comments, the first order has still not been delivered but second reshipment had arrived and is running good with only one issue which customer service has attempted to resolve I did go to the two stores to get the DVB-T adapter and the one store use to carry it and no longer keep in stock in there warehouse, the second store had no idea what I was talking about , I may have found a adapter on amazon.ca but will take 3-6 weeks to receive it hopefully it is the correct item or my DVD player as well as my stereo system will not work as either item has no HDMI jacks so far can only use satellite receiver. As for the credit it was issued by the company THANK YOU. I would suggest that this adapter be supplied by the company or change input jack to a male coaxial jack for North America as I understand this is a European style jack and my experience has been frustrating at the least.
