I was late recieving my comfirmation letter about order, and it was emailed to me after i had received the product.

All is fine now.

Regarding the Product I purchased eg. the Recovery Socks I would benefit from more information on the sizing 1. how do I decide what size I am am I looking at my calf size or my shoe size?

Hi, Sizing for the 2XU Socks is by calf girth. The sizing chart shows shoe size as a general recommendation however it is best to use the corresponding size to calf girth. If you open the image of the size chart under the product listing, and use the measurement of your calf for sizing then this should give the best fit.
