I recently replaced my phone and needed assistance with syncing my email. This occurred at the same time EMM was closed due to Hurricane Sandy. I emailed the request, and had a very prompt response. They assisted me with setting up the new phone remotely, and was resolved quickly.
Thank you for not using the storm as an excuse, and recognizing the importance of keeping your customer online.

The EMM product and service are excellent! The product and services satisfy our diverse needs of Black Berry, Iphone and Android allowing great flexibility with service providers and staff personal choice.
Service is outstanding, timely, efficient, friendly,and knowledgable!

I’ve been exceptionally pleased with the hosting service we’ve received from Exchange My Mail.
We’ve been with EMM for a couple of years now. Our technical support issues are few and far between. But when we have called, EMM’s response has been first-rate. We get through to support very quickly. And they are invariably knowledgeable, communicative and fast.
We couldn’t ask for anything more.

We've had EMM service for several months. Icontacted them recently with 3 specific questions on various aspects of our account. I got a prompt reply, separating each issue into a concise topic, with exactly the information needed. From this, there were several follow-ups each of which were responded to wuickly which enabled us to modify our account Ina timely manner.
Overall, excellent service and support which is becoming harder to find these days. Job well done EMM. Thanks!

All communication took between 1 to 2 hours for reply. A bit too long.
Their instructions are simple and clear, easy to follow, except 1 part (to set "One or more API scopes") is a bit confusing, and cannot be easily copy-paste. Need a little editing after copy.
Everything from first enquiry to start using took about 5 hours. Not bad.
I recently switched my company's email system to ExchangeMyMail. I find their customer service to be top notch. They helped me with the transition and setup for ipads, blackberries, Mac and PC Outlook. Since being a customer I have found their responsiveness to technical questions to be fast and helpful. We are very happy with the service we receive, and I would recommend EMM to any company looking for a professional mail service

While it hasn't always been a smooth ride over the years (nothing ever is), Exchange My Mail has consistently been responsive and eager to help however they can. Most recently, they agreed to implement a custom IT policy for my BlackBerry after initially denying the request. What's important to note is that Exchange My Mail took it upon themselves to review my request further and ultimately change their mind to allow my request, all before I even had a chance to respond to the initial denial. In other words, Exchange My Mail went above and beyond in an attempt to help me to the extent that they even changed their mind on their own accord. I couldn't ask for anything more

I would just like to say how great your customer support team is. Most recently I have dealt with Danny, but have also talked to Armando and Roger. Turner Time has been using Exchange my Mail for a number of years now, and I am still amazed at how excellent the support is each and EVERY time I call/email. My boss Steve Turner recommends your services to a large number of his clients when they are looking for an exchange solution. I can’t not say enough about the quality of the staff. As a new customer, with little understanding of exchange mail, DNS, etc. - I knew I'd be off to a rough start; especially considering the fact that my domain is registered/hosted elsewhere. Your "Welcome Email" was very thorough, without being overwhelming and any problem I had that wasn't addressed in that email was almost immediately answered/resolved by knowledgeable
tech support staff. They didn't give me vague canned answers that led my astray (like my former exchange host), but precise instructions that resolved the issues immediately.
As far as the actual MS Exchange experience goes; it was a breeze to setup (after the initial hurdles with my domain registrar), and the customer web-interface used for Exchange administration is very intuitive and simple to use while still providing a wealth of configuration options. Email delivery is fast to my inbox and Blackberry, unlike with my former host where email would take anywhere from 3-10 minutes to be delivered.
Also, there are NO page swallowing advertisements trying to draw you into another product or promotion.
Being the cautious type that I am; I only signed up for a month-to-month contract. I haven't checked yet but if there is a financial benefit to committing to a longer term, I'm going to sign up for the long haul

ExchangeMyMail is one of the best companys I have ever done business with. There sales and customer service staff are some of the best in the industry and there attention to detail and support are superb. I would reccomend to anyone that asked
