I'm not sure how I'm going to receive my DC's when I haven't given any address for them. I won't be able to use MP3 versions, so am wondering what is going to happen. I really want to use this asap as my BP has spiked to 215 over 101. Thanks
The Control Your Blood Pressure web site was simple to follow and highly informative. Ordered the download and CD package. Wouldn't be expert in downloading but found the instruction simple to use. The CD box set arrived in a matter of days. Excellent service. All downloaded onto my ipod now and looking forward to my upcoming two weeks, relaxing vacation
Purchase was easy...did the demo last night...blood pressure seemed to be down before I went to bed. Hope this works so I don't have to take meds for my high blood pressure.
