Excellent customer service. Needed a replacement for initial purchase as was wrong size (my fault, not theirs). Received replacement extremely quickly. Great company. Will shop there again.
My only hesitation is that the pictures on the website do not show just how bulky the spring is on the clip-ons. Could not see it in the pictures. I have others that are not so bulky, so I thought I was getting the same thing. I will shop around next time, but maybe this is as good as it gets.
