Had a question before placing an order and received a return call from Michael within 5 minutes. When we recv'd. the blinds they were the wrong color. I called Michael and within a few days the problem was corrected. Great customer service.
The blinds look good. However, if I re-ordered these blinds for the same windows, I would order two blinds rather than one as they are heavy for older persons to raise and lower, and I am concerned for the stress placed on the cords.
