Had some trouble with the web page which wouldn't accept pay pal or one of my credit cards, and then ended up charging me twice. But the staff sorted it out, and the product I ordered arrived two days later - in time for the birthday it was intended for - and for a good price.

Easy to navigate website, secure, good reviews. Great prices! Let's see how my order arrival goes... // Order arrived in good time and was well packaged, didn't recieve an order confirmation email though I had to request that. Would be an idea to set up an auto-reply confirmation email once orders are placed. Also, I had ordered a white Samsung Galaxy S Duos phone (other websites sold the black ones cheaper...) but I was delivered a black one. Not a big enough issue to bother sending it back but not too happy about that. Also order tracking would have been good but arrived in 48working hours so that was nice :)

Prompt response on the email is a really good customer service experience.

This is the second time I have used Becextech anda once again all has gone well with great response from Becextech whenever needed. Very good and efficient service. A security check on my credit card stalled things a bit, but its good to see that this is there and the risk is reduced. No problem at all.

All items arrived within 4 days in perfect condition. I had to send an email inquiry after 3 days, but got a very helpful and friendly response.
