The product is very durable and easy to install (as advertised). Installation was able to completed on my own but a second person would have speed up the process greatly. I recommend watching the various AtticFoil.com videos for useful pointers.
I have already recommended this product to friends and co-workers!

We looked around at both brick and mortar (Home Depot, Lowes) and several online sites before deciding to purchase from AtticFoil.com. We are very pleased with the price and high quality. The product went up very nicely, was tear proof, and has made a huge difference in the temperature of our attic.

Price and delivery time were all satisfactory. Do not have any opinion on the performance of the product since it has not been installed for long. The installation was a pain, but crawling around in an attic is not a thing you enjoy doing. Hopefully it will be worth the effort.

The Atticfoil product is sturdy, staples don't tear through; I can't tear it by hand. But it cuts easily. I have also used foil from a different manufacturer that was difficult to install because the staples tore though the foil easily. With AtticFoil I could staple one end of a 30 foot piece and stretch it to the other end without any concern of tearing out.

The web site offers good installation instructions and video, accurate information about benefit. No hype.

They shipped the same day I ordered and kept me well informed. Ordered on Friday and it was delivered Saturday. (I'm in the next day zone for Fedex.) Shipping cost was very reasonable for the weight.

Product is very durable, does not tear even when handled roughly.
The first day of install, i only got half way done. Outside temp in south Texas was 89 at 5pm. temp reading on unfinished higher part of attic was 115. temp reading on finished lower part of attic (ON the foil) was 94. That was only half installed. But i think a very good sign.

I have taught Physics since 1973, and last year oney students gave me some of his left over "Attic Foil". After installing it in my attic, I ordered enough to finish the attic. I installed it by myself and found that it was easier to take 20 foot lengths. The foil is very strong and tear resistant.

Pick up was simple and easy. Material density was great for the job, never had a product tear. Installation was smooth. Savings was immediate. Thank you.

Ordering online was very convenient. Ordered it Tuesday and received it Wednesday. I just wish installation was that easy. Installing it by myself was a challenge but totally doable!

Great product! I compared samples of other products to Attic Foil and it was an easy decision to make. It was a more durable product compared to the other radiant barriers. Attic Foil videos were spot on for the installation of their product. If you are considering a radiant barrier I would highly recommend Attic Foil!!!!!!!!

I can't really comment as to the effectiveness of the product until summer really hits. I can say though that the foil is surprisingly sturdy. Several times I thought I was going to rip it during the install, but I never did.

The Attic Foil was delivered very quickly. It is a great product, easy to install, very durable. I believe this product will provide as much energy savings as adding extra insulation, at a much lower cost. I live in Georgia, so heat gain is a major problem, but according to my power bill we use more energy during the winter. The foil will also slow heat loss through the ceiling during the winter. I can already tell a difference for the heat gain in 2 insulated but not cooled rooms upstairs in our attic. I spent a lot of time researching different products and always came back to this one. You will NOT be disappointed.

easy ordering, and the photo's of the installed example were a great help, and the instructions were very helpfull.
suggestion, recomend an ELECTRIC STAPLER, my hand got so tired from install, correct breathing/filter equipment, I have had a cough ever since I did the job (last moth) using a 3M Dust mask

It was very easy to cut and install the foil myself. No help was needed by anyone else. I just put it down and on the roof rafters so it is too soon to see any saving in energy. I wished I put the foil down last year with the 20 days in the 100's here in the Kansas City Area.

Purchased attic stair blanket and attic foil at same time. Both high quality products. Easy to install for do it yourself. Has only been up 1 month and already note a difference.

I installed the attic foil laying it on top of my insulation instead of to the rafters, which for my house would have been much harder do to the attic construction. I believe this to be best for me do to the extra heat build up on the shingles if it had been installed at the roof area . I know it is only a few degrees difference but I didn't want to risk it shortening the shingle life.( this is just my opinion , I have a new roof). The job took about half a day and over all was pretty easy since I just layed it. I just used a long stick with a nail on the end to lay it out. My house is suppose to be around 1100 sq ft living space , I ordered 1000 sq ft. I got two rolls 26'' wide and would have never believed it would cover 1000 sq ft but it did with no problem, actually it covered my whole living space in the attic .I don't know why ??? . its still to early in the year to see how well it works yet , but it has got to help. Makes the attic looks better also.

I ordered & rec'd the barrier foil with no problems at a good price. I did not order enough so I am ordering more but I do not see a "Return Customer" choice to reorder so I am doing the entry info again. It would be nice to be able to order again without having to do that.

I've added Attic Foil to my attic this past February, I honestly cannot confirm any difference in my heating bills as of yet. It was a real pain to install in my truss-type attic. Some areas out around the eaves I just couldn't get to safely.

I'm hoping to notice a difference in my summer cooling bills but only time will tell.

I am a DIY’er and was very excited to see if this product produced the result Atticfoil.com advertised. The installation was a little tricky at times but well worth the effort. I installed my attack foil during the fall. I live in Arkansas and have very mild winters and did not think I would get the cost/saving ratio I wanted. I am here to say I cannot wait to see the saving in the summer because this winter, I lowered my heating bill by an average of $20.00 during the short winter. I would recommend this product!!!

I am a 65 year old woman with moderate DIY skills. I did this, by myself, in an attic that did not allow me to stand up or even kneel fully. I did pre-cut the strips to manageable lengths, and did take my time. It's too early to tell if there will be any energy savings, but I am hopeful. I also put in a solar powered exhaust fan in the west end gable vent. The house is in south east Texas so I am anticipating a cooler house for less money this summer.
