My order was due to arrive by standard delivery of 1-3 days. When I still hadn't received my order 6 days later I emailed the company to query this. I received a response the same day stating my order had been despatched the day of the order and must have been lost in the post. The email was very apologetic and a new pack was arranged to be sent out by special delivery so I received it the following day. Therefore although my overall shopping experience was a little disappointing as I did not receive my product as quickly as I needed it, the customer service I received was fantastic and I would definitely recommend the company to others.

whitestripsdirect.com tried to help this customer via the Shopper Approved Customer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond to the assistance provided.

Very fast delivery. Item a little crumpled in the packaging but not a problem, item still sealed and strips within the outer box were in perfect condition.

Used the item for 3 days so far and have already notice a significant difference to my teeth. Hassle free to use and **** times better than using a product in trays (which make me drool... not very attractive). Can't wait to see how my teeth look at the end of the 20 days. Thanks you very much :)

Ive used alot of whitening kits in the past that have never worked but i can honestly say these strips r ace and my teeth are white now.. Im so happy! X fiona lancashire

i bought the professional effects whitestrips. when you use them for the first few times your teeth are sensitive for a few hours a day so i advise that you use them before you go to bed so by the next day your teeth feel normal again and you won't have any problems with eating or drinking. they have whitened my teeth quite alot but not as much as i hoped.

I have always had quite bad discoloration (dark yellow) of my canine teeth, going towards my teeth further back, while my front 4 incisor teeth have always been particularly white...strange. This is somethin I have always been incredibly self conscious about, so my reasoning for purchasing the Crest Whitestrips was to, hopefully, even out the colouring of my teeth, and this they did! I experienced mild sensitivity a few hours after removing the strips, which got milder as the 7 day treatment went on but it was nothing I would complain about....much. They are pricey, yes, but within 7 days, I had a smile I felt comfortable showing off, for the first time I can ever remember, so it was a price worth paying. Time will tell how long the results will last, but right now, I am very happy and high recommend this product.
