Ordering instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I had one question and called customer support about templates for existing table models. The representative explained to me my table was not one of the templates they had and went on to tell me step by step how to submit the table layout to the company.
Following her and the websites instructions, I mailed off the specs. I received the pads a short time later and they fit my table perfectly! Good experience and a great company, no wonder they have been in business all these years!
