I found your site clear, apt & straightforward. I found other site with bad reputations of being unable to fulfill orders.
Inclusion of your postage price in the total made a big difference for me. Other sites appeared cheaper but marked up for postage (the amount was exorbitant for a small package). Even the follow up is a nice touch.
