This is the second review im writing for the same host. its extremely rare for me even write one but glowhost didnt seize to amaze in a the few months i have been them. first service started with their shared host budget plan that easily handled my site's ****vis/day + ******+****** hits !!! im sure it could have handle more but i was not comfortable to push a shared plan to its limit ^^. then I requested my site to be moved to semi-dedicated server and in less than 30 min my site was moved to a new server with no problem or anything ! im extremely satisfied with the service quality . they offer top notch quality shared plan with a true 99% downtime !! i had 5 mins dowtime in over 3 months which im sure was for a backup or something !!!
their consumer service is also really knowledgeable and pro and solved all my problems in less a hours (im rather new to host management so you can imagine that i constantly bothered their support ^^) . they are so friendly as well. so far out of all the hosts i have tried, none have been able to give me the ease mind glowhost gave me ! they simply rock !

it became too long but I feel i would not have done them justice if i hadnt written this much ^^ . if you ar looking for reliable host glowhost simply delivers the best ! their prices might not be the cheapest but the top notch quality you get makes it extremely affordable !

Of all the different hosting companies I have used over the years, ( my Sprynet account number had 4 digits ), the folks at Glowhost are absolute wonders.

I am pleased with my GlowHost experience! Their customer response is prompt and friendly, and I have had no complaints whatsoever about the quality and stability of their hosting service. I have been a satisfied customer for three years.

We're working with GlowHost for 4 years already and haven't had any problems with services quality
These guys are monitoring servers 24/7/365 and resolve problems even before anyone else will notice that. Support replies in 10 minutes to any request which makes us think less on hosting and more on business. I'd suggest GlowHost to anyone who needs hosting or considering provider change to more reliable and helpful one

I have NEVER experienced such awesome service as I have with Glowhost
I have referred a few people to them and have NEVER had one single negative experience or word. Anytime there's been a problem, Glowhost has been there! Day or night, when something didn't seem right, I send in a support ticket and the problem has been addressed, fixed, and I've been updated with a response within 45 minutes (oftentime in less than 15). I sincerely am thankful I decided to switch to Glowhost a little over two years ago, and believe me I will be with them for as long as possible!
