It took me forever to find what the different fabrics consisted of. I did not like the fact that you do not have zoom-in capability. Also sizing chart is terrible! I fortuneatly saved the last order in my email and ordered the size for my husband from that. I would have ordered myself a robe you have in various colors but you don't state the color Along-side the picture. It should not be so difficult but you make it so!

The web-site is difficult to navigate. this is the 3rd time i have attempted to purchase this bathrobe and it finally went through. I was unable to purchase via iPhone or iPad.

Website easy to navigate. Products provide complete detailed description. Wish women's waffle spa wrap came in soft pink & blue colour choices. Waffle blanket California King size would have been nice option also.

I really enjoy your site. Some things made my purchasing options difficult though, for example, I didn't really know the difference between velour and terry and I couldn't tell the difference in the pictures provided of the robes. I had to look it up and I saw the first 2 sites on Google were links to your blog (which were very helpful articles). I would highly recommend giving customers more information directly on the single product page - like a link to your own blog describing the difference between velour and terry. I'm assuming the different weights for the robes are just as simple as how heavy of a robe you want - but having a little tool tips explaining the use case for each weight might be helpful. I went with the mid-weight because I want it to be an all weather robe. Also, the pictures are beautifully done - I would add a zoom option so you can see the robes and fabric in more detail. Overall a good experience. I think I spent a little more time trying to figure out the type of robe I should buy than I should have - having those tips I mentioned above would have made my purchasing options faster and more decisive. The Intercontinental New Orleans had these "waffle" robes and we loved them. They are lightweight which is perfect for our weather. We made a note of the brand and looked it up when we got home. We have had similar robes before, but they were too heavy for comfort. I also note that these robes have a larger size range than some others. We are very pleased.
