Just somehow the shipping went from ground to 2 day shipping which was almost $100 extra. I was training at Ft Leonard wood at the time, and we didn't have many opportunities to access our phones and computers. (1 hr of free time per day) But I knew that there wasn't much hope to get the order back, but by chance i sent them an email. Just wish that it would have been free ground shipping... I do like to order here, don't get me wrong, but just a bad experience this time. Hope it won't happen again.

This is my 3rd try to place an order. Very unhappy with your site. I guess your company does not like Paypal transactions since last 2 times I tried to place an order with paypal, the site froze and asked me to re-enter my data. Very frustrating. I first tried to order this 7/15. I complained via email and got a reply stating I would receive a response in 24 hours. Still no response and that was 30 hours ago. I've lost 4 days of shipping. Not to mention I successfully logged in to Paypal twice during the previous 2 transactions and I am afraid I will get charged for the July 15th and July 18th transactions through Paypal. Bad marks!

First time buyer. We'll see how it all goes. I did not have a coupon number to get the shipping discount. I'm confused and disappointed I have to pay shipping for a $330 plus dollar purchase.
